Guidelines, responsibilities, prohibitions and penalties outlined below. Compliance ensures a smooth rental experience and mutual respect.

1Id Proofs Required to Rent a Vehicle: Working ID card, Aadhar card, driving license (all originals required for verification).
2Id Proofs Required to Rent a Vehicle: Renter's driving license should have a minimum experience of about 1 year.
3Conditions for Pickup: Renter should not be found drunk (alcohol or other alcoholic drinks) at the time of pickup. Booking will be cancelled with no refund.
4Conditions for Pickup: Smoking or drinking alcoholic beverages inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. A penalty of about Rs. 10,000/- will be charged if found.
5Restrictions: Carrying pets or commercial goods is strictly prohibited.
6Restrictions: Use of vehicles for any commercial purpose without management knowledge is not allowed.
7Responsibility and Procedures: Renters are responsible for documenting vehicle condition before rental.

9Communication and Extensions: Any delay in vehicle drop or extensions must be informed beforehand. Failure to inform will result in a penalty of Rs. 5,000/- at drop time.

16Safety and Compliance: Vehicles are restricted to a maximum speed of 80 km/h as per Indian government regulations for road safety and legal compliance.
17Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the pickup time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental cost.
18Cancellation Policy: No-shows without prior cancellation will result in a charge equivalent to the full rental amount.
